Return will be accepted only upon acceptance of cancellation or delivered order is not matching the description given in the store page.

Refund will be processed on acceptance of cancellation of an order by a store/vendor/service provider.

Full refund of amount will be made upon successful cancellation.

However in all condition the store policy will prevail over the policy of My Mak Buddy.

The store/vendor may charge some amount if your order is prepared or packed for pickup.

You are responsible for referring to the return and refund policy of the store.

Instruction For Vendor/Stores

If your store does not have a return and refund policy, amount paid by any customer will be refunded in full and payment gateway fees will be recovered from your account whenever you apply for Payout.

You can refer to Knowledge Base for setting up your own store policy.

Disputes

In case of dipute between a customer and a vendor/store, the decision of My Mak Buddy will be final.

For any assistance or query please contact support of My Mak Buddy. We will help you in all possible way.

Instruction For Vendor/Stores/Service Providers For Booking/Subscription/Appointment

If your store does not have a return and refund policy, amount paid by any customer for a booking/subscription/appointment will be refunded in full and payment gateway fees will be recovered from your account whenever you apply for Payout.

 

Refund Speed

We generally transfer money within 24 hour.

It depends on the how fast you banker accepts the payment and reflects in your account.

Feel free to contact us if refunded amount does not get reflected in your account within 14 days.
