Shipping & Delivery Policy


  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We intend to offer you the best and convenient shipping options, no matter where you reside. We have tie-ups with third-party service providers (at selected locations) for local delivery who shall undertake to provide us with the shipment and delivery services for the order placed through our website. Shipping of orders otherwise is left to the vendor’s/seller’s choice and can be customised differently by each vendor/seller.

“Shipment time shall refer to the time at which your order in part or whole shall leave our warehouse and shall be handed over to the delivery drivers of the Vendors/ sellers for delivery to you.

“Delivery time” shall refer to the time taken by the delivery drivers of the Vendors/ sellers to deliver your order to you in either whole or part.

  • The shipping usually takes about 07 business days from the time you place your order through our website. The order that is shipped after 07 days may result in the processing of a refund without any prior notice to the vendor/seller.
  • Please note that item(s) from multiple sellers/vendors cannot be purchased in a single order. The orders from different sellers/vendors shall be placed separately for a particular seller/vendor. 
  • We will undertake to provide a system where a vendor/ seller can have delivery drivers and details of other drivers who sign up with the store to make delivery of  your order within 07 days from the date of you placing the order on their behalf and to be responsible for the deliveries. 
  • The company shall only be providing a logistical system to the vendor/ seller and shall not be responsible for the deliveries to be made to the vendor/ seller.
  • The Delivery time shall vary anywhere between 07- 08 business days that shall be determined on multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the delivery drivers of the Vendors/ sellers which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery.
  • The approximate delivery time shall be updated by the seller/vendor, however, vendors/sellers are mandated to deliver an order within 14 days after an order is placed if not stated otherwise by the seller/vendor in their shipping policy and any delay in the delivery beyond 14 days if not mentioned in the shipping policy of the seller/vendor is also mandated to inform the user.
  • Delivery days – all days
  • The delivery drivers assigned by the Vendors/ sellers may contact you on call, email or SMS before arrival.
  • We will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery. Further, we will not be liable for any damage in transit due to mishandling by the logistics service provider.
  • We will notify you as soon as an update is made in the vendor dashboard by the seller/vendor or whenever there is a status change of order through email and/or SMS/WhatsApp or both. You will receive an email containing a summary of the order and in some cases you may also receive estimated delivery time upon placing the order.
  • The Vendor/ seller has the responsibility of updating the status of an order on the vendor dashboard after it has been shipped and in case of any failure to do so, it will be assumed as order not getting shipped even if shipping details are produced at a later time.
  • The delivery drivers of the vendors/ sellers may take longer to deliver due to inter alia: bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event any delay in delivery is expected, we may, at our sole discretion, intimate you who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay. 
  • Vendors/ sellers may charge an amount for the deliveries which will be included while placing orders. Vendors/Sellers shall not charge anything outside the platform except for cash on delivery in which the vendor/seller is supposed to collect the amount due for collection which was in the order. Please report if any charges is asked/collected by the vendor/seller on this link.
  • We will not be held responsible and will bear no liability in case of failure or delay of delivering including any damage or loss caused due to such delay. Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery, you may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by you for any delay in delivery, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
  • If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, we may undertake to deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and shall be subject to the availability of stock. 
  • If you wish to get delivery to different addresses, then you shall be required to purchase the products under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required. You agree that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by you. 
  • The onus of keeping the order barcode (in the invoice and on the customer dashboard) safe lies with the customer. Seller/vendor or the platform shall not be held responsible for marking orders completed after scanning of barcode by an unauthorised vendor other than the seller/vendor from whom the order was placed.
  • We will not be liable to compensate for any mental agony caused due to a delay in delivery. 
  • The delivery shall be considered complete when the order is delivered to you and the vendor/seller/delivery driver marks      the order complete on the vendor dashboard/delivery driver dashboard. Once the order is marked completed by the vendor/seller/delivery driver, the order will be marked completed on the platform throughout. Users can check for details from the seller/vendor directly from the contact details provided on the respective store page. 

CASH ON DELIVERY

  • The vendor/ seller may choose a qualifying amount for free delivery as an option of Cash on Delivery (COD) or charge an amount for delivery/home delivery/express delivery.
