Introduction

Store support is added to give flexibility to the store owners to respond to customers’ issues. There is an option to enable or disable store support on your store.

Store Support

Here is how you can enable Store Support:-

  1. Log in using your Vendor Account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to Enable Support
  4. Click on the Checkbox Show support button in store
  5. Then a support button will appear on your store page

You can also customize the support button text by entering text in the field below the enable support.

A pop up will appear when Customers click on Support like the screenshot below 👇🏻

Support Submit On Store Page

Logged in customers will also have an option to choose an order number if already ordered from your store.

Once Customers click on submit, you will receive an email notification where you can add a reply.

You can also manage this from the Support section on Vendor Dashboard where you can reply and close the support request.

Other Types of Support

MyMakBuddy also gives you option to display the following on your store:-

  1. Email
  2. Phone Number
  3. WhatsApp (Customers can click on a button and they will be redirected to chat with you on WhatsApp)
