For Customers

Local Pickup/ Pickup From Store

Cancellation will be accepted in the following conditions only:-

Before making any payment.

At the store during pickup.

Order not ready at the store after the stipulated time for preparation of an order already decided by the store.

Cancellation will not be accepted in the following conditions:-

Breakages due to improper handling while picking up an order

Customers will be responsible for checking items in an orders while picking up from the store.

Cancellation of orders once picked up from store is subject to approval of vendor/store and their cancellation policy.

No claims will be accepted by the store/My Mak Buddy for any mismatch of items in the order at a later time.

Customers are responsible for referring to the store policy on the store’s dedicated page.

Store’s policy prevails over the cancellation policy laid down by My Mak Buddy on this page.

Home Delivery

Cancellation will be accepted in the following conditions only:-

Before making any payment.

Before the order is despatched for delivery.

Order not getting delivered as expected and no response from the store on trying to contact store support.

Cancellation will not be accepted in the following conditions:-

Customers will be responsible for checking items in an orders on delivery.

Cancellation of orders once delivered by a store is subject to approval of vendor/store and their cancellation policy.

For Vendors

Instruction For Vendor/Stores

If your store does not have a cancellation policy, you will follow the policy laid down by My Mak Buddy.

You can refer to Knowledge Base for setting up your own store policy.

Disputes

In case of dipute between a customer and a vendor/store, the decision of My Mak Buddy will be final.

Instruction For Booking, Subscription & Appointment

Policies for booking, subscription and appointment are subject to the policy of the seller/vendor/service provider.

You can refer to Knowledge Base for setting up your own store policy.

 

Subscription products accept online payment only. At the end of a subscription the customer/subscriber will be notified with to renew the payment. Similarly the vendor/seler/service provider/shop owner can also see details of the subscription on the vendor dashboard.
